Crochet Jack Skellington Pillow Pattern
What you’ll need:
- 5 mm hook
- Bernat blanket yarn (or any super bulky yarn in white)
- Lions Brand super bulky in black
- polyfil (I have actually found that the stuffing in the $4 pillows at Walmart work just as well an are less expensive than polyfil)
- Stitch marker (I just use scrap yarn)
- The hat is optional, I found it in the Halloween section at the dollar general for $3.
This pillow is made in the round. Meaning you will not slip stitch to join. Instead you will place the first stitch of the next round directly into the first stitch of the previous round.
How to read this pattern:
When the pattern says “sc 3, sc inc 8 times” it means you place a single crochet in 3 stitches and single crochet increase in the next (2 single crochets in the same stitch) and you will repeat this process 8 times.
It would look like this: sc, sc, sc, sc increase, sc, sc, sc, sc increase, sc, sc, sc, sc increase, sc, sc, sc, sc increase, sc, sc, sc, sc increase, sc, sc, sc, sc increase, sc, sc, sc, sc increase, sc, sc, sc, sc increase.
